hotel is very clean and staff was very kind. It is very close to the bus station, going up a street, so for us it was great because we arrived at 11. 30 at night to Plymouth and after 5 minutes we were at the hotel.

Excellent service during our really good stay. We were given a double room with a serviceable breakfast upon arrival. The staff was decent and attentive. Unbeatable and brilliant location to attractions like The Hoe, that was close to the hotel.

The room very well, big enough to fit an extra bed for our son and not disturb. The heating was also good...we were very comfortable, without suffocating or leaving ourselves cold.
The issue of parking, which one night we had to park in the parking lot of the supermarket next door, which forces us to take out the car early in the morning, when we had other plans. It would have been better to have some sort of agreement with the parking lot to leave it longer.

Bar and restaurant services
The receptionists and their lack of education laughed at us to the face. They also woke us up calling us at 2 a.m. to the room. The hotel charged us 52 euros to seniors and they don't know what...no comments!

The main drawback is the lack of a lift up from the car park.
hotel well placed and food good. staff ok.
the room was cold and our request for a second easy chair was refused. the cold tap on the bathroom basin did not turn off easily. Very poorly lit. drafty window. NO LIFT Up FROM CAR PARK to UPPER FLOORS. car parking very uncertain.

A centrally located hotel but parking can be a problem at weekends. A more specific arranegement shoul be made to use the Sainsbury cark park at off peak periods
